Terms of service
Placeholder — awaiting legal review. These are engineering notes about how the service behaves, not a contract. PicSoar must not accept payment until this document has been drafted and reviewed by a qualified lawyer in the operating jurisdiction.
Operational commitments we can already state
- We only ever read from origins you have verified. We never write to them.
- We do not claim ownership of anything you deliver through the service.
- Exceeding a usage allowance degrades optimization; it does not suspend your account.
- Breaking changes to the URL contract, cache key, signature format, or billing semantics require notice.
- There is no SLA on any current plan.
Acceptable use
- Only register origins you control.
- Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to use the delivery endpoint to reach hosts you do not own — it will not work, and attempts are logged.
Still to be drafted
Liability, warranty, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, termination, refunds, data processing addendum, and subprocessor notification terms. None of these are covered by the text above and none should be assumed.
